Young Person’s Advisory Group Facilitator

I have been working in education for over 25 years and have taught and led in Primary, Secondary and Special schools, I have also worked in school improvement for a Local Authority and now an Education Partnership in the Midlands. The area of education that interests me most is transition between stages, with most of my experience being between Key Stage 2 and 3. As part of this, I have been working with Charlotte for nearly 5 years to improve primary-secondary school transition provision in the Local Authority, e.g. in the implementation and evaluation of Transition 5-7 and co-creation of TaST 5-6, which we plan to implement and evaluate in 2025. My role on the P-S WELLS project is to support the facilitation of the young person advisory group.
